Ø    Corporate Planning

Provision of comprehensive business and strategic planning, market planning, policy development and evaluation services for business, government or academic organisations.  Plans have been developed for particular operations, products, technologies, or at the organisational level for funding or developmental purposes.  Inova can provide the full range of assistance required for successful corporate and market planning including:

full facilitation of the planning process encompassing workshops, interviews and liaison with stakeholders undertaking associated research required for the plan, including market research and identification for either existing or potential markets production of planning documents combining planning with other services, such as policy development, risk management, governance and evaluation.

Ø    Organisational and Process Involvement

Advice and assistance with organisational change in a company, higher education institution, or government organisation including assessment of existing and development of new strategies, operations, process and structural improvements.  Inova offers a range of review and evaluation services encompassing organisational, project and program evaluation, and has experience in undertaking organisationally and politically sensitive reviews.  Inova is also experienced in project management encompassing planning, facilitation and implementation across both products/systems and intellectual/knowledge-based projects.

 

Ø    Strategic Risk Management

Provision of strategic risk management services including assessment, planning and implementation advice.  All risk management services are consistent with Australian Standards and in particular with AS/NZS 4360 Risk Management and SAA/NZS HB143 Guidelines for Managing Risk in the Australian and New Zealand Public Sector.

 

Ø    Governance

Assistance with the establishment of appropriate governance for private sector, academic and government organisations, including independent research centres.  Inova’s approach to governance incorporates best practice including the Australian Standards AS 8000 series, and the ASX Corporate Governance Council, Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations.
