Ø    Business Case Development

Development of business cases including feasibility studies, business plans, major project submissions and tailored funding proposals for private sector, institutional and venture capital funding, or as part of internal organisational development.  Inova is experienced in providing the full business case development process from workshops to writing the final document.  Successful business cases and proposals have been prepared for:

funding of start-up companies commercialisation of new technologies establishment of major new research centres and institutes, including joint venture proposals to development new cross institutional research centres.

Inova can develop specific proposals based on client requirements, or respond to criteria set by funding bodies.  This includes the development of tailored funding proposals for use either internally to present cases to senior management or the board, or externally for funding providers such as banks, foundations and other funding bodies.

 

Ø    Grant Applications

Comprehensive assistance with the preparation of all types of grant applications and proposals to government and international organisations.  Inova has an outstanding track record of success in winning grant funding.  The firm has demonstrated capability and experience applicable to a number of major funding programs including:

Ø    Research and Development Tax Concession

The Director of Inova was previously appointed as one of only 12 Contract Technical Assessors in Australia for the R&D Tax Concession.  This significant appointment by the Industry Research and Development Board involved the provision of assessments on claimant projects to the Board.  Thus, the firm is well placed to provide assistance in all aspects of the Tax Concession.
